Option 01 · Most economical

Buffet Loads

Monthly subscription, quota paid up front

  • A fixed monthly quota: 100 kg, 250 kg, or 500 kg
  • Same-day service: drop off before 10am (Mon–Thu), ready by 6pm
  • The lowest rate per kg, and it drops as your quota grows
  • Move up or down a tier at the start of any month

Suited to spas, gyms, salons, barbershops, guest houses, and short-stay unit managers.

Option 02 · No subscription

Mitra Flex

Pay per kilo, as you go

  • Pay for the weight you actually bring, with no monthly commitment
  • Minimum 10 kg per drop-off
  • Ready the next day at 5pm, paid on pickup by QRIS

B2B terms & conditions
  1. Partner rates apply to registered businesses (NIB/NPWP) that sign a partner agreement.
  2. Laundry is weighed at drop-off on a digital scale and recorded with your representative.
  3. Maximum 7 kg per machine cycle; each cycle is billed at a 5 kg minimum.
  4. Requests to separate by colour or fabric are counted as separate cycles.
  5. Buffet Loads plans are paid up front each month; Mitra Flex is paid on pickup.
  6. Usage beyond your quota is billed per kg. Unused quota does not roll over.
  7. Oily fabrics (massage oil, kitchen grease) require Power Wash, for safe drying.
  8. We do not accept medical linen, items contaminated with bodily fluids or hazardous chemicals, pet bedding, or dry-clean-only items. Ironing is not included.
  9. Partner slots are limited by machine capacity and allocated in order of registration.
  10. Price changes are announced at least 30 days ahead, except Founding Partner rates, which are locked for 6 months.
